DELIVERY

After your order is placed, we will collect the items and send it by the package service of PostNL. If you live in the Netherlands you will receive your order within 3-5 workdays. 

Orders from Europe will take 4-9 workdays. Orders from outside of Europe will take up to 6 days or more.

RETURNS

We do accept returns under following conditions:

- The product must be returned within 14 days after receiving your or order

- The product must be in perfect condition, unworn and unwashed

- The products must have the tag attached

- The return costs will be on you

We will refund your money within 7 working days after receiving the return. Please make sure that you keep your tracking code until the return is processed by us!

How do I return an item?

 

To return an item you can send your request to info@shopmodiq.com with the following information:

- Order number  
- Article codes of the items you are returning 
- Reason of your return
